The complaint was filed as part of an investigation that began after Brown-Hill’s arrest on August 15. In that situation, a police officer found Brown-Hill and the minor girl in a car in Pine Lake Park in West Bloomfield Township around 1 a.m. Suspecting that the child had been raped, the officer placed Brown-Hill under arrest and the girl was taken home to her parents.

Brown-Hill was charged the following day with three counts of first-degree criminal sexual conduct in connection with three incidents alleged to have occurred between June 1 and August 15.

As police continued to investigate Brown-Hill, they discovered several messages to four different children on Snapchat. The four children were 13 or 14 years old when Brown-Hill allegedly began sending them messages and investigators say Brown-Hill was aware of their ages at the time the messages were sent.

The messages contained demands of sexually explicit content from the children. Investigators also claim to have found evidence that Brown-Hill was part of a group chat on the social media platform Telegram that shared sexual images of minors.

WDIV-Detroit reports that Brown-Hill is facing federal charges of child sexual exploitation, possessing material containing images of child pornography, receiving/distributing material containing child pornography by mail/transmitted and using interstate/foreign commerce to convince minors to engage in sexual acts. activity.
