A 15-year-old from Albany is accused of having a loaded gun and drugs.

Officers conducted a drug investigation in the area of ​​Orange Street and Robin Street. The teen ran away but was quickly caught, the Albany County Sheriff’s Office said.

The teen had a loaded 9mm firearm with an extended magazine and crack cocaine, police said.

The minor was issued a ticket and was scheduled to appear in Albany County Faily (FAMILY) Court at a later date. He was released to a legal guardian.
