Diddy displayed a “pervasive pattern of abuse,” new lawsuits allege

Six plaintiffs – four men and two women – allege Sean “Diddy” Combs sexually assaulted them in separate complaints filed on Tuesday, November 19, as allegations against the music mogul continue to mount.

Five of the latest plaintiffs, none of whom are named, are represented by a high-profile attorney Tony Buzbeewho previously announced he was representing more than 100 people accusing Combs of misconduct.

The five complaints filed by Buzbee’s clients allege that the alleged abuse is part of a pattern of wrongdoing committed by Combs.

“For years, Combs and his companies engaged in a persistent and widespread pattern of abuse against women, men and minors,” the complaints all allege. “This abuse was sometimes verbal, emotional, physical and sexual. As part of his pattern of abuse, Combs manipulated both men and women into engaging in highly orchestrated sexual activities with both commercial sex workers and unsuspecting partygoers.

All five complaints allege that the abuse Combs allegedly committed was “shockingly typical” and that the Bad Boy Records founder believed he was “above the law.”

The latest complaints date back to 2001, when an unnamed actor said he was sexually assaulted by Combs after flying to New York on the pretext of possibly starring in a music video.

The prosecutor alleges that after being asked to turn around, Combs said, “I’ll do that.”

The actor says he was then offered Diet Coke, which he claims was drugged and caused him to pass out. When he woke up, the plaintiff claims Combs was sodomizing him. After losing consciousness again, the plaintiff claims he was raped by another man.

Another accuser alleges in a complaint that she was also sexually assaulted by Combs and other unknown men after being drugged in a New York City limousine. The woman, who was 18 at the time, said she was forced to perform oral sex and that Combs sprayed champagne on her while she did so.

In another complaint, a third accuser alleges she was drugged and sexually assaulted at Combs’ Fourth of July party on Long Island in 2004. The woman says she was 17 years old at the time of the alleged assault and that Combs threatened ‘ to ruin everything’. her” when speaking about the incident.

Two men allege they were both sexually assaulted by Combs in separate complaints from 2022. One accuser, who was 39 at the time of the alleged incident, claims he was drugged and woke up in “dark bedroom with black walls, on a bed with black sheets” while Combs allegedly sodomized him.

The other man says he was invited to a party in Miami after meeting Combs’ associates at a club. The man claims he was drugged and sexually assaulted by the mogul, who prosecutors say had a “disturbing smile.”

Combs has been named as a defendant in dozens of lawsuits accusing him of sexual abuse.

Combs has denied committing any sexual abuse. His lawyers previously said in a statement after the first wave of complaints filed by Buzbee’s clients that the mogul “cannot address every baseless allegation in what has become a reckless media circus,” but that he “emphatically” denied sexually assaulting anyone.

He is also currently behind bars after being denied bail following his federal indictment on charges of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation to engage in prostitution.

A third bail hearing for Combs is scheduled for Friday, November 21.
