PHOENIX — Police are looking for a motorcyclist who struck and killed a man and then left the scene.

Phoenix police officials say around 6:15 p.m. Friday, officers responded to a motorcycle crash involving a pedestrian in the area of ​​52nd Street and McDowell Road.

When officers arrived, they found a man on the ground with serious injuries.

He was rushed to a hospital where he died from his injuries.

Police say the motorcyclist who hit the man left before officers arrived.
