A Little Rock attorney who won a Freedom of Information lawsuit against the city claims Little Rock delayed the proceedings so long that he should be awarded more than $18,000 because of the amount of extra work he put into the fight against the city to get paid what he is entitled to. on top of the work he put in to prevail.
