Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs accused of dangling a woman over the balcony of Cassie’s apartment

Sean “Diddy” Combs is mentioned in another lawsuit.

The media mogul is accused of dangling a woman over a balcony at then-girlfriend Cassie Ventura’s home in 2016. TMZ reports this on Saturday.

Bryana “Bana” Bongolan filed the lawsuit against Combs in LA Superior Court earlier this week, accusing the Bad Boy Records founder of sexual assault and false imprisonment, among other charges.

According to the outlet, Bongolan claims in court documents that she was staying at Ventura’s apartment at the time of the alleged incident.

She claims Combs came over late one night and started groping her.

When Bongolan tried to reject his alleged advances, she claims Combs held her over the balcony, which was seventeen stories above the ground.

She further claims that the “I’ll Be Missing You” artist pulled her back up and then physically assaulted her by slamming her into the patio furniture.

Bongolan is seeking $10 million in damages from the music mogul, according to TMZ.

“Sir. Combs firmly denies these serious allegations and remains confident that they will ultimately be proven unfounded,” Combs’ team said in a statement to Page Six.

“He has unwavering faith in the facts and in the fairness of the legal process. The truth will come to light in court, showing that the claims against Mr. Combs are without merit.”

Combs remains that way held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, NY, followed his arrest in September for sex trafficking, extortion and transportation to engage in prostitution.

The record producer was denied bail for the third time Wednesday after prosecutors argued that Combs poses too much of a threat to victims if he is released from jail before his trial.
