Jane Doe, who accused Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs of sexual assault, reveals her identity

Los Angeles: After a judge ordered Jane Doe to reveal her identity in her sexual assault complaint against American rapper Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, the accuser has come forward and revealed herself as Anna Kane, the ex-wife of Edmonton Oilers player Evander Kane.

In an amended complaint filed on Friday, December 6, in Federal District Court in Manhattan, Kane used her real name, reports ‘People’ magazine.

Earlier, U.S. District Judge Jessica GL Clarke ruled that she must identify herself to continue her lawsuit against the music mogul.

Kane made a statement to “People,” saying, “I had hoped to use a pseudonym in pursuing justice for what happened to me as a teenager. Defendants’ demand that I use my name was an attempt to intimidate me, but I was not intimidated. I am willing to move forward and hold those who harmed me accountable.”

According to ‘People’, former Bad Boy CEO Kane Combs sued Harve Pierre and a third unidentified employee for sex trafficking and gang rape when she was 17 years old in December 2023, a month after Casandra ‘Cassie’ Ventura filed her own sex bombshell. abuse and sex trafficking lawsuit against Combs. Diddy, 54, has denied both allegations and reached a settlement with Ventura the next day.

In the filing, Kane alleges that Pierre approached her at a lounge in the Detroit area of Michigan and convinced her to take a private jet and a third assailant to Teterboro, NJ. Once she arrived at Daddy’s House Recording Studio in Manhattan, Kane claims she was given drugs and alcohol before being “brutally raped,” “one after the other,” the lawsuit alleges.

Things took a turn when she reportedly started slipping in and out of consciousness. Kane claims the three men took turns raping her in the bathroom as she begged them to stop. Ultimately, she claims she blacked out, later waking up in a fetal position on the floor and experiencing vaginal pain. After she “got back on track,” the lawsuit claims Kane was taken back to an airport and flown to Michigan.

Combs had denied Kane’s allegations in a statement to People shortly after the lawsuit was filed last year. “ENOUGH IS ENOUGH,” he said in a statement in 2023.

“Over the past few weeks, I have sat and watched as people tried to assassinate my character, destroy my reputation and my legacy. Sickening accusations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday. Let me be absolutely clear: I have not done any of the horrible things alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth,” he added. IANS
