Jay-Z, the star rapper and entrepreneur whose real name is Shawn Carter, is embroiled in a controversy after being accused of a trial for rape of a 13-year-old girl in 2000 reportedly with Sean “Diddy” Combs. The unnamed accuser, identified only as “Jane Doe,” said the attack happened after she drove to an MTV Video Music Awards afterparty.

What did Sean Diddy say to the woman?

In an amended civil complaint, the woman alleged she was raped by Combs, now 55, and Jay-Z, also now 55, while an unnamed female celebrity looked on during the party at a New York City residence. The first complaint, which did not mention Jay-Z by name, was filed in October. The lawsuit was later amended to add allegations against Jay-Z that he also participated in the alleged assault with Sean Diddy.

According to the complaint, the plaintiff was invited to the afterparty by a limo driver who claimed to work for Combs and told her that the mogul liked younger girls and “fit what Diddy was looking for,” People reports. The accuser alleged that when she arrived at the afterparty, she was asked to sign a nondisclosure agreement and later given a drink that she believes was drugged.

The woman is claiming unspecified damages. Her attorney, Tony Buzbee, previously announced that he represented more than 100 people accusing Combs of misconduct.

Jay-Z has defended himself against the allegations in a statement shared on , 7, all of whom he shares with wife Beyoncé.

In a new lawsuit, Jay-Z’s attorney Alex Spiro asked the federal court in New York to dismiss the case entirely and make the accuser’s name public.

“Mr. Carter deserves to know the identity of the person who is effectively accusing him – in a sensational, publicity-seeking manner – of criminal conduct, demanding massive financial compensation and tarnishing a reputation he has built over decades,” the filing said.

Combs’ attorneys also denied the plaintiff’s allegations. “This amended complaint and the recent racketeering case against Mr. Buzbee exposes his barrage of lawsuits against Mr. Combs for what they are: shameless publicity stunts, designed to extract payments from celebrities who fear lies about them are spread, just as lies have been spread about them. spread across Mr. Combs,” the statement said.
