On November 12, 2024, the Companies issued a joint circular (Circular) with proposals including merging the six companies into three (Mergers), tender offers by AAEV, AATG and CRWN (as the proposed acquirers), revised compensation arrangements that would apply to each of AAEV and CRWN’s management agreements with their investment manager, Albion Capital Group LLP (Manager), and notices for general meetings of the Companies that will be convened in connection therewith on December 11, 2024 and December 19, 2024 (General Meetings and one each General Meeting). Below you will find the results of the General Meetings of the Companies held today (December 11, 2024).
